Delivery
How long does delivery take?
You’ll need to allow for manufacturing time, which can take up to 15 working days.
Then, the delivery time, once the parcel has been sent, will depend on your country:
- France: 3 working days
- Europe: 4 to 7 working days
- Outside Europe: 8 to 14 working days
Are the packages discreet?
Yes, the parcels are discreet, with no mention of the brand.
Please note that for customs purposes (outside Europe), a short description is required.
Can I have my order sent to a relay point?
It is possible to send your order to a relay point in Europe. In this case, you will need to let me know the relay point you have chosen, as well as the telephone number and e-mail address where you would like to be contacted if your order becomes available.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location and the weight of your items.

What is the minimum price for free shipping?
Free shipping on all purchases over 150€.
Is it possible to have it gift-wrapped?
Yes, gift wrapping is possible, at a cost of €10. It will be a black box with red satin.
It’s also possible to add a note to accompany the gift.

Crafting
Are the products handmade?
Yes, Sensuel et Marquant items have been handcrafted since the company was founded in 2018.
You can see my workshop in the dedicated page, and the progress of the creations in the Instagram and TikTok stories, subscribe to get all the notifications.
Do you make custom orders?
Yes, that’s one of the great strengths of craftsmanship.
Initially, I offer text or name personalization on the straps of leather goods.
But it’s also possible to make other customizations, or even entirely made-to-measure orders.
An additional charge will be applied depending on the modifications made, or on your project.

Where are the products made?
In France, in my workshop located 1 hour from Paris.
Where do the materials used come from?
The materials we use come from a variety of sources.
Whenever possible, they are French. But not all materials can be tracked.
The wood for the hazel badines is hand-collected by myself. I can therefore fully guarantee their French origin.
