Withdrawal

“Art. L. 121-21. – The consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance, following canvassing by telephone or off-premises, without having to give reasons for his decision, or to bear costs other than those provided for in articles L. 121-21-3 to L. 121-21-5. Any clause by which the consumer waives his right of withdrawal is null and void.”

 

Using your right of withdrawal

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending your request to the withdrawal page.

Your request must be made within 14 days of placing your order, and must contain the following information:

• Customer’s surname/first name or company name
• Contact details
• Order number
• Mailing date

 

Product return costs

All products that are the subject of a retraction request must be returned at the customer’s expense to the full address within a maximum period of fourteen days from the date of the retraction request.

This period is deemed to have been respected if you return the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the good resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the good.

 

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, where applicable, a delivery method other than the less expensive standard delivery method proposed by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you.
